<p>Matt Damon, Anne Hathaway, Zendaya, Tom Holland, Lupita Nyong’o, Robert Pattinson, Charlize Theron – if you want star wattage,&nbsp;<strong><em>The Odyssey</em>&nbsp;</strong>has it in spades. Christopher Nolan turns his lens to ancient Greece for this sweeping, high-stakes retelling of Homer’s epic, with Damon as Odysseus, the battle-worn king fighting his way home after the Trojan War. Expect treacherous seas, mythical monsters and a hero who refuses to quit. With a cast this stacked and Nolan at the helm, this epic adventure more than lives up to the hype.</p>

<p>Kids and cinephiles alike will find plenty to love in Pierre Coffin&#8217;s latest trip to the Minion-verse.&nbsp;<em><strong>Minions &amp; Monsters</strong></em> winds the clock back to pre-Gru days, as everyone&#8217;s favourite banana-yellow troublemakers head to 1920s Hollywood in search of stardom. Movie buffs will enjoy the playful nods to silent cinema and classic monster movies, while little ones will be far too busy giggling at the Minions&#8217; trademark mayhem. A gloriously daft family outing with plenty of laughs for all ages.</p>

<p>Marking Olivia Wilde’s return to the director’s chair,&nbsp;<strong><em>The Invite</em></strong>&nbsp;stars Wilde alongside Seth Rogen as a couple whose marriage has settled firmly into a rut. So when their glamorous, free-spirited neighbours (Penélope Cruz and Edward Norton) come round for dinner, they hope a little excitement might be just what they need. Naturally, things spiral almost immediately. A relationship comedy come social satire, this sharply observed ensemble piece looks set to deliver plenty of cringe-inducing moments, awkward laughs and the kind of second-hand embarrassment that has you peeking through your fingers.</p>

This stylish satirical drama digs into the dysfunction of a wealthy, deeply eccentric family whose carefully cultivated façade begins to crack when one of the adult children brings home a new girlfriend. Cue the chaos!</p>

<p>Disney is dipping its toes back into paradise with a live-action&nbsp;<strong><em>Moana</em></strong>, and it’s shaping up to be a huge family crowd-pleaser. Catherine Lagaʻaia dons the iconic flower crown as Moana, who once again heeds the Ocean’s call and dares to venture beyond the reef to save her island of Motunui. Joining her on the high-seas quest is the larger-than-life demigod Maui, played (and flexed) once again by Dwayne Johnson.</p>

<p>Horror fans, this one&#8217;s for you.&nbsp;<em>Infested</em>&nbsp;director and all-round scare merchant Sébastien Vaniček breathes terrifying new life into the&nbsp;<em>Evil Dead</em>&nbsp;franchise. Starring Souheila Yacoub, Hunter Doohan, Luciane Buchanan and Tandi Wright, it follows a family reunited by tragedy, only to find themselves facing demonic forces that begin picking them off one by one. Expect blood, buckets of jump scares and enough nightmare fuel to keep horror fans happy &#8211; for everyone else, kiss goodbye to a good night&#8217;s sleep. Gulp.</p>

Fresh from <em>The Odyssey</em>, Holland swings back into action in what&#8217;s rumoured to be his final outing as everyone&#8217;s favourite web-slinger. Picking up after 2021&#8217;s&nbsp;<em>No Way Home</em>, which left the world with no memory of Peter Parker,&nbsp;<strong><em>Brand New Day</em></strong> finds Spidey navigating life solo while facing off against Scorpion (Michael Mando) and Jon Bernthal&#8217;s ever-unpredictable Frank Castle (aka The Punisher to those in the know). Bring it on. </p>
