Muddy Stilettos


<p>Given that she had main character energy even in her husband’s Netflix doc (“be honest”), it’s only fitting that Victoria Beckham was soon to be in the streaming network’s spotlight. Named simply <em>Victoria Beckham</em>, the three-parter was released on Netflix earlier this month and charts her rise from keen teen performer to pop star to fashion designer and head of a beauty empire.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Speaking of which, her self-titled beauty range is across-the-board brilliant (the <a href="https://victoriabeckhambeauty.com/en-gb/products/satin-kajal-liner" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">satin kajal liners</a> slip on like a dream), but <em>my</em> is it spendy. Rather than a dramatic hair transformation, VB fancied a subtle glow up, and that’s exactly what she got thanks to Wood’s expert eye. “As autumn came, I wanted to make her hair look more luxurious and rich. She already had great natural colour and lights. To achieve this look I used glosses to tone her ends and enhance her own natural lights.”</p><p>Use Wood&#8217;s own The Chocolate Gloss to create a VB effect at home. It’s a semi-permanent treatment gloss that adds polish and depth to brunettes – Wood describes it as a “neutral espresso” tone rather than a warm chestnut or cool brown.
