Yes, quality time together is lovely, but so is lying horizontal in a spa knowing your offspring are blissfully occupied, making new friends and not asking you for snacks every six minutes. <p>If you’re going to do all-inclusive, do it properly. This is Club Med family life turned up to 11, and the headline act is the&nbsp;<strong>Circus School</strong>. Kids in Mini Club Med (ages 4-10 yrs) can try flying trapeze (yes, really), bungee jumping, tightropes, juggling and aerial silks, all supervised by highly trained pros (breathe out, parents).</p>



<p>It’s not just circus skills they’ll come home bragging about either. There’s archery, sailing, tennis, Zumbatonic (hip-hop, reggae and salsa dancing), ninja bootcamp and nature detective missions. When they need to chill,&nbsp;<strong>Zen Tales</strong>&nbsp;– a soothing mix of yoga and storytelling – works wonders.</p>



<p>Travelling with a baby or toddler? You’re covered. There’s a dedicated kids’ pool, playground, baby feeding equipment in rooms and even a&nbsp;<strong>Baby Restaurant</strong>, where chefs will happily blend up something nutritious while you briefly forget what purée is. Family time isn’t forgotten either – Big Snack activities like pancake parties and baking workshops are genuinely fun, not just something to endure. </p>

<p>Got a football-obsessed kid? Pull out this ace, and they&#8217;ll think you&#8217;re the coolest parent ever! Kuramathi hosts&nbsp;<strong>Campioni Soccer Academy</strong>, a two-week children’s football camp in summer 2026 that is, frankly, an outrageous flex.</p>



<p>Led by former England footballers Stuart Pearce (week one 27 Jul – 1 Aug) and Wes Brown (week two, 3–8 Aug), both supported by UEFA A-licensed coach Adrian Whitbread. Kids train for two hours a day, Mon-Sat, using drills inspired by the pros, with a mid-week parents’ match (optional, if you can be prised off your sun lounger), plus a medal ceremony, full kit, cap, water bottle and bag. While they’re living their best sporting lives, you can enjoy white-sand beaches, manta ray dives, nine restaurants and an excellent spa. Bliss.</p>

<p>Captain Park, a huge, colourful park for ages 0-16 yrs, lies at the heart of this award-winning family resort overlooking the beach at Playa Blanca. We love the packed daily programme for all age groups from 10am-5pm, with Ocean Bubble (4 mths-3 yrs), Star Fish (3-5 yrs) who enjoy a mix of activities including cinema, superhero games, balloon modelling, music therapy and aqua discos. </p>



<p>Sea Explorers caters for kids aged 6-8 yrs, and days are filled with dodgeball, creative painting and craft, while Guardians of the Sea for those aged 9-13 yrs and oversees kids trying tennis, water polo, clay workshops and TikTok challenges.&nbsp;Even the most screen-glued, too-cool teens are lured off their devices by Princesa Yaiza’s brilliantly run Teens Club, with sporty challenges, DJ sessions and day-long hangouts with their own tribe.</p>



<p>Themed dinners, night safaris, workshops, games and milk before bed are also offered. Kids are VIPs, but there&#8217;s plenty of extras to ensure the whole family has a relaxing holiday – crèche, ice cream parlour, four restaurants and a range of rooms including family suites with double and twin beds plus a kitchenette.&nbsp;It&#8217;s a no-brainer.</p>

<p>Think the Maldives is only for honeymooners? Think again. Family-friendly&nbsp;<strong>LUX</strong>* absolutely nails it. Children are welcomed ashore with an ice cream and a treasure hunt booklet – which sets the tone nicely. The&nbsp;<strong>PLAY kids’ club</strong>&nbsp;(ages 3-11 yrs) runs from 9am–6pm and leans hard into island life: jungle gyms, nature walks, herb planting, crab hunting and palm-leaf origami, alongside banana boat rides and pool splash sessions. Everyone gets kids’ yoga; older children (9-11 yrs) level up with phone photography tips and coconut bowling.</p>



<p>Teen activities are refreshingly thoughtful, offering coral planting, journaling and creative sessions at the JunkArt studio (yes, teens&nbsp;<em>will</em>&nbsp;think this is cool). Family activities include sunset board games with an aperitivo for the grown-ups, snorkelling with the resident marine biologist and movie nights on the beach at&nbsp;<strong>Cinema Paradiso</strong>.</p>

<p>If the phrase “I’m bored” sends a chill down your spine, Victoria Beachcomber is your safe space. The beachfront kids’ club (ages 3-11 yr) serves up everything from trampolining and table tennis to lagoon trips, Sega dancing and sandcastle competitions. Teenagers get their own dedicated programme too, with discos, tennis tournaments and enough independence to keep eye-rolling to a minimum.</p>



<p>Elsewhere, it’s properly family-friendly: a safe white-sand beach, generously-sized rooms and apartments, plus all the practical extras – prams, cots, sterilisers and babysitting – that make travelling with kids feel less chaotic.</p>

Tweens and teens get pizza bars, karaoke nights, pool Olympics and tennis clinics.</p>



<p>When you regroup as a family, there are&nbsp;21 restaurants, 12km of beach and a waterpark, swim-up soda bars, water cannons, a surf simulator and a lazy river. Exhausted just reading it.</p>
