<p>Clear the diary and ink <strong>Thu 26 Feb</strong> in your diary for a Muddy night out! Think Michelin quality nosh, more cooking tips than you can swing a spatula at, and a waterfall of fizz (not literally, although that would be fabulous). We&#8217;ve joined forces with appliance icons Miele to bring you an evening of sipping, scoffing, and a top chef taking centre stage to demo the tech and show you exactly how restaurant-level nibbles. </p>



<p>Forget the traditional three courses, and go straight for the fun bit at Muddy&#8217;s Canapés Masterclass. It&#8217;s all taking place at Miele&#8217;s new swanky <a href="https://www.miele.co.uk/c/miele-experience-centre-london-700.htm" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Experience Centre</a> on London&#8217;s Wigmore Street that opened just last year, and it&#8217;s shaping up to be a tasty night out.</p>

<p>Leading the night is&nbsp;<strong>Chris Godfrey</strong>, Executive Head Chef at Oxford’s swanky five star Randolph Hotel and former Michelin-star holder at Oxfordshire&#8217;s <em>Sir Charles Napier</em>. Cooking live, he’ll talk through clever techniques, flavour pairings and genuinely useful shortcuts, while you enjoy a drink and his beautifully-made canapés. Expect relaxed, grown-up, deliciously indulgent vibes.</p>

There&#8217;s a lot to learn, with the luxury hub housing an impressive range of appliances and the latest kitchen gadgets, from ovens and hobs to refrigerators (including the wine kind, naturally). It&#8217;s literally a playground for home cooks and culinary aficionados.</p>
