<p>Named after the birds that treat Chet Valley Vineyard like an all-you-can-eat buffet. Don&#8217;t panic, they&#8217;re not after the grapes, just the seeds and insects. This particular wine is a blend of four cool climate grape varieties – Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunière, Schoenburger and Regent. It&#8217;s slightly darker than a blush, but is deliciously dry and tastes like summer. Think red fruits, herbaceous flavours and honey tones. This phenomenal sparkling rosé was served to President Barak Obama at the Buckingham Palace State Banquet. *Clang!* Made in the Sussex countryside, it has a delicate salmon colour, fine bubbles and a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. This sparking rosé from Bluestone Vineyard is made from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier grapes, has a light coral pink colour and is packed with summer fruit, crab apple and pastry flavours. <p>You have to admire this Berkshire producer for swimming so bravely against the blush tide. This dark rosé is made from grapes grown on the winemaker’s family vineyard, located in the rural area of Lecce and Brindisi in Puglia, Italy. There are some tasty reds fruits here such as raspberries, strawberries and an aftertaste of red cherries &#8211; it&#8217;s nothing like lady petrol.
