Move over avocado toast, David Beckham has made sweating at home the new aspirational lifestyle. Yes, Becks and a host of other celebs (Gwyneth, Gaga and Aniston&#8230; need we go on?) have jumped on the home sauna bandwagon, trading red carpets for red faces. 



And if Becks et al are stripping to their under crackers, naturally the rest of us follow – because nothing says &#8220;wellness&#8221; quite like sitting in a small wooden box dripping with sweat. 



Home saunas are the Birkin bag of wellness trends – if you’ve got one, everyone knows you’re living the life. You can spend a little or a lot – and there&#8217;s plenty of choice. Infrared saunas are great for beginners and people who enjoy a less “OMG, it’s so hot I’m going to die” experience.
