Marlow marvel Tom Kerridge is happy to take over your kitchen (sort of) and switch out the traditional Christmas turkey for a delicious beef wellington meal with Cumberland pigs in blankets and a red wine sauce to garnish. Just add roast potatoes and veg &#8211; that&#8217;s about 2 hours knocked off your cooking time. <p>More Michelin-royalty but a little hop outside our borders – Yorkshire based multi-award-winning chef Tommy Banks has a Christmas dinner for everyone. The vegetarian feast is centred around a French pithivier for sides there&#8217;s beetroot and goat’s curd and a creamy mushroom parfait topped with pickled onions.&nbsp;The four-course Duck Crown Menu (Muddy’s choice) includes smoked salmon&nbsp;served with&nbsp;whipped buttermilk and pickled fennel &#8211; plus a&nbsp;Yorkshire duck crown&nbsp;with delicious trimmings of ducks&nbsp;in blankets, dauphinoise potatoes and bread sauce. The duck can be switched out for the Beef Wellington &#8211; and for pudding&nbsp;a chocolate, hazelnut and damson fondant.
