Never has delving beneath the headlines been more crucial.</p>

The show digs into USA Gymnastic&#8217;s sexual abuse scandal at the hands of team doctor, Larry Nassar &#8211; the subject matter is shocking, but you&#8217;ll be glued to the screen. </p>

<p>Strawberry shortcake chicken wings, anyone? Er, yum. Don&#8217;t expect weeknight dinner tips if you tune in to madcap cooking competition <em>Crazy Delicious </em>on Netflix on 24 June &#8211; instead, think <em>GBBO</em> meets the psychedelic edible world of <em>Charlie and the Chocolate Factory</em>, judged by Heston Blumenthal, &nbsp;Carla Hall and Niklas Ekstedt.</p>

<p>Prepare the glitter face paint and clove cigarettes &#8211; we may be missing Glastonubury this year, but that doesn&#8217;t mean we can&#8217;t celebrate at home with the BBC&#8217;s excellent coverage. There&#8217;s a whole line-up to choose from, kicking off on Friday with documentary <em>The Glastonbury Experience Live</em> on BBC Two (Fri 26 June, 8.30pm), which looks back at the last 50 years of the festival and re-lives the most memorable performances. That&#8217;s followed by a full showing of Beyoncé’s headline performance at the Pyramid Stage in 2011, starting at 10pm, before finishing off with <em>The Best of Glastonbury 2019</em> at 11.30pm. </p>

<p>Head over to BBC Four to catch their three-parter <em>Glastonbury Backstage Acoustics</em>, which gives you a sneak peek of backstage footage and unseen performances, and then happily flick back and forth between BBC Four and BBC Two to catch sets from Adele, The Chemical Brothers, Amy Winehouse, David Bowie and more. </p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">FILM&nbsp;</h2>



<p>Fair warning &#8211; Harry Potter, this ain&#8217;t. Daniel Radcliffe stars in mega-gory action comedy <em><a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZOFatKD0Vzo" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener" aria-label="Guns Akimbo (opens in a new tab)">Guns Akimbo</a></em> over on Amazon Prime on Sat 27 June, in an alternative future where murderous weirdos fight to the death while the rest of us watch. Funnier than it sounds, but not for the weak-stomached. </p>

<p>This week over on Curzon Home Cinema, they&#8217;re celebrating <a rel="noreferrer noopener" aria-label="Edinburgh International Film Festival (opens in a new tab)" href="https://www.curzonhomecinema.com/collections/edinburgh_international_film_festival" target="_blank">Edinburgh International Film Festival</a> (the world&#8217;s longest-running continual film festival, doncha know) with a digital collection that&#8217;s available from 24 June-5 July. </p>



<p>Meanwhile, we&#8217;ll be settling down with the popcorn to watch World War Two flick <em><a rel="noreferrer noopener" aria-label="Resistance (opens in a new tab)" href="https://www.curzonhomecinema.com/film/watch-resistance-2020-online" target="_blank">Resistance</a></em>, which stars Jesse Eisenberg as famous mime artist Marcel Marceau. Based on a true story, it explores how he helped rescue Jewish orphans from the Nazis &#8211; definitely worth a watch. </p>

<p>The National Theatre continues its excellent streaming line-up with&nbsp;<em><a rel="noreferrer noopener" aria-label="A Midsummer Night's Dream (opens in a new tab)" href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Punzss5sHto" target="_blank">A Midsummer Night&#8217;s Dream</a></em>&nbsp;on 25 June. Captured live from the&nbsp;Bridge Theatre<strong>&nbsp;</strong>in 2019, this version stars <em>Game of Thrones</em>&#8216; Gwendoline Christie&nbsp;as Titania, as well as&nbsp;Oliver Chris (<em>One Man, Two Guvnors</em>),&nbsp;David Moorst&nbsp;(<em>Allelujah!</em>) and&nbsp;Hammed Animashaun&nbsp;(<em>Barber Shop Chronicles</em>) as Oberon, Puck and Bottom. </p>
